Allan Rayman, Canada's sensational multi genre artist is bringing his signature sounds to the Brighton Music Hall!
Allan Rayman is a singer from Toronto who isn't interested in fame and self-promotion. He prefers to let his music do the talking and he said in an interview "I like leaving it up to people. I'm also not cut out for some kind of limelight. That kind of stuff scares the shit out of me. I don't have the mindset to be some kind of icon or anything like that. I'm just trying to do my thing. And I have a really good team behind me to help fulfill that vision." His musical style spans many genres such as R&B, hip hop, indie folk (a style that arose in the 1990s - among musicians from indie rock scenes influenced by folk music - and is characterized by a blend of acoustic guitar melodies of traditional folk music with contemporary instrumentation), funk, soul, and blues (a genre – developed by African Americans in the Deep South of the United States around the end of the 19th century – incorporating spirituals, work songs, field hollers, shouts, chants, and rhymed simple narrative ballads). He's released 2 studio albums, 2 singles, and built a loyal following despite his low profile.
Don’t miss your chance to see this artist add a unique touch to R&B, hip hop, funk, soul, and blues music!
